How do I access my Positive Prime sessions?
Individual Expert Positive Prime Sessions are customizable with your own images and affirmations. That’s where the exponential power is… Therefore, these aspects of functionality can be provided only via our server, not as a downloadable video as it’s very advanced and sophisticated… and is generated by the technology that is housed within our website.
My internet speed is SLOW, what can I do?
Our empowerment tools and resources, such as our coaching via video or Positive Prime Sessions, requires FAST INTERNET SPEEDS. We have done our best to optimize the experience. View your Session on a lower speed to facilitate a more pleasurable experience. When you have a ‘slow connection speed’ please be EXTRA patient. It’s worth it. Simply choose to watch at least 3 minutes on Speed 1 or 2.
How do I log in?
Click the “Log In” button that’s on the right side of header and footer of each page.
Should I watch the full length (long version) Positive Prime Session on Speed 1?
Played at its normal speed, the standard Positive Prime Session is an hour-long video and you’re strongly encouraged to watch it for an hour each day for 100 days.
If you are a new member, please watch your Positive Prime Session on Speed 1 for at least the first 10 days. Speed it up as you progress.
When should I watch the shorter versions?
It’s important to watch the Positive Prime video every day. If you are unable to watch the one hour version, you can watch whatever length video you have time for – you can watch for 30 minutes, 15 minutes, 5 minutes or less. The only difference is the speed at which you’re watching the video: if you’re short on time, speed up the presentation to get the most out of the session you have time for!
What if I don't hear the audio?
Check to make sure that the volume control on your computer is not muted, and that once you start watching the video the video player itself is not set to “mute.” If you use external headphones or speakers with your computer (particularly if they’re powered by batteries or are plugged into an electrical outlet), then make sure they are turned on and functioning properly.

How can I change my password?

Should I watch the full length (long version) Positive Prime Session on Speed 1?
I can't play Positive Prime on my TV or mobile phone
Please try logging out of your account then do a hard refresh and log back in to the Positive Prime website.
Please note that the best way to enjoy Positive Prime is by watching your session using Google Chrome browser via your computer/ desktop.
There is a lot of black screens in my Positive Prime session
Before you watch your session, you need to pur 3 minutes in the run time and watch your session twice. This way your computer or device will cache the images shown in your Positive Prime session. The third time you play the same session, it will be much better and smoother.

How do I cancel or change my PayPal payments?

Can I change the date my membership renews?
If you want to change the date your membership renews you’ll need to cancel your membership and create a new one on the date you prefer.
How do I change or update the credit/debit card that is being charged?
This depends upon how your PayPal account is configured. You can manage your subscription and accounts from your PayPal account

Did you know, because I didn’t?
In your iPhone or iPad device, if you “delete an app” or “hard close it” – it stays in the “background memory” in the device UNTIL you “Shut it Off” — i.e. completely close it down…
OFTEN, we need to do this to “refresh” our apps / websites… Do that if PositivePrime is playing up.
Remember, please – to go one step further BEFORE “shut down” (turning off completely & fully): Make sure you LOG OUT of your account first.
** Often we need to “clear the cache” of a particular website… especially if there have been performance improvements in the background that we’re not aware of. We suggest that you do this at least once a month with PositivePrime – because we are constantly working on “updates.
MOST of the “issues’ you will experience may be “browser” specific or device specific…
For example, see if you can play on a different browser… switch from Google Chrome to Safari…

Most of the technical issues are browser and device related
Most of the Positive Prime issues you encounter are easily fixed by simply logging out of your account and clearing the cache of your desktop or mobile browser.
If you don’t know how to clear your browser cache, please watch this video tutorial.
Once you have finished clearing your cache, please re log in to your Positive Prime account and try watching any session.
Put 3 minutes in the run time and watch the session twice in order for your device to download the session photos from our server.
Using Safari Web Browser
Please note that the best way to enjoy Positive Prime is by watching your session using Google Chrome browser via your computer/ desktop.
But if Safari is your prefered web browser, and you encounter technical issues with viewing Positive Prime, you may have to “clear the cache” on your Safari browser – which is “different to clearing the history & cookies”.
Please see below screenshot as reference.
1. Click Safari and on the drop down menu, click Preferences
2. Click Advanced.
Scroll down and make sure that Show Develop Menu in menu bar is ticked. If not, click on the checkbox beside Show Develop menu.
3. On your Safari browser, look and click on Develop
4. Click empty caches
5. Reload the webpage by clicking the refresh button.
Internet Speed and Positive Prime
We cannot stress enough that “bandwidth” and your “internet provider” & speed or latency has a LOT to do with the “smooth transitioning of the flash cards” within a program…
If there are interruptions — We’d suggest that do SLOW down the speed all the way to 1 or 2, as the FIRST step in streamlining your experience.
