Did You Know?

An attitude of gratitude for the positives in life may help older adults live longer, a new Harvard study suggests.

The research found that older adults with high levels of gratitude had a 9% lower risk of death from any cause and a 15% lower risk of death from cardiovascular disease.

This shows that being grateful not only boosts our mental well-being but also has significant physical health benefits.
