Meet Earl Grey, a once-lonely rescue donkey who found joy in an unexpected way—playing with a yoga ball! After living his whole adult life alone, he struggled to connect with other animals. But the moment he discovered a yoga ball, everything changed!

Day after day, Earl played with pure joy—pushing, biting, and kicking his beloved ball across his paddock. Until one fateful day… pop! His treasured ball was no more.

But when his caregivers put out a call for help, something magical happened…

Before you speak, let your words pass through three gates: 

  1. Is it true? – Does it reflect reality, or is it just a fleeting emotion or assumption? 
  2. Is it necessary? – Does it add value, or is it just noise? 
  3. Is it kind? – Will it uplift, encourage, or bring positivity to someone’s day?

Next time you’re about to say something, take a deep breath and pass it through these three gates. If it doesn’t make it through all three, maybe silence is the better answer.
